  1. Apply to very wet hair. The secret is to add more water while massaging, not more product, to wake up the root extract and start the process of stopping hair breakage and repairing the hair.
  2. In the case of hair breakage, focus on the ends for the most nurturing and reparative effect. Allow to sit for 1 minute before rinsing thoroughly. This starts the repair process by softening brittle hair.
  3. Repeat if required. For very damaged or broken hair, we advise a third shampoo.
  4. Rinse thoroughly.

To protect the hygiene and integrity of our products, clip-ins cannot be returned if they’ve been worn, styled, or altered in any way (including cutting or heat styling). Think of them like undergarments — once tried on, they’re yours to keep.
