Orders over $200 CAD qualify for free standard shipping across Canada. For orders under $200, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
⟡ International Orders
We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, and taxes as determined by your country’s customs policies. These are not charged at checkout.

🌿 Return Policy
Due to the intimate and custom nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair once it has left our studio.
⟡ Clip-In Extensions
To protect the hygiene and integrity of our products, clip-ins cannot be returned if they’ve been worn, styled, or altered in any way (including cutting or heat styling). Think of them like undergarments — once tried on, they’re yours to keep.
⟡ Genius Wefts
Genius Wefts are professional-grade and final sale unless there is a verified manufacturer defect. If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with detailed photos and a description of the issue.
